Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided are based on initial project details and may be adjusted if:

Final pricing will always be confirmed before additional work is performed.

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the start of any project. Failure to make payments on time may result in delays or suspension of work.

Project Timeline

We aim to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to:

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project, written notice is required. Any work already completed will be billed accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

Lyons Home Improvements LI LLC is not liable for:

• Pre-existing structural issues
• Damage caused by misuse or neglect after project completion
• Delays caused by third-party suppliers or weather conditions
